Mobile Service Agreement – Environmental Requirements As you will appreciate, a mobile service offers great flexibility for our customers but it can sometimes be challenging for us as each service location presents differing environmental conditions. Service bookings are subject to the criteria outlined below. Your booking agreement implies your acceptance of these terms. 1. Caravan to be sited on level, stable, ground to enable safe jacking. 2. Access required externally, minimum 2 feet all around to enable removal of wheels and brake servicing. 3. Please supply keys to all locks, including habitation access door, gas locker, wheel and hitch locks. 4. Please remove large and bulky items from the caravan / motorhome habitation area. Clear access is required for access to all appliances and ancillary equipment. The clearer the space, the more effective the habitation service, particularly where damp testing is performed. 5. Please note that we cannot move personal items. 6. If you would like your service record booklet updated, please leave this out for the engineer to complete. 7. Payment is due on the day on the service or works carried out. If non-compliance with these terms results in the engineer being unable to complete the service as agreed, you may still be charged in full. Alternatively an additional appointment may need to be rescheduled at extra charge, subject to our standard terms and conditions. We will always do our best to complete the service within the original allotted appointment time. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to discuss with us prior to the appointment
