CRiS Total Loss Re-Registration Inspections

As an Approved Mobile Workshop, we can offer inspections to get your caravan re-registered for roadworthiness. If your caravan has been repaired following a Category S or N write off, we can offer an inspection of roadworthiness for potential re-registration with the Caravan Registration & Identification scheme.

Cat S (formally Cat C) Write Off – The vehicle is repairable but the costs exceed the vehicle's value. Can reappear on the road.

Cat N (formally Cat D) Write Off – The vehicle is repairable but the repair costs are significant compared with the vehicle's value including time delays to source parts. Can reappear on the road.

There is a re-registration fee of £25, which we include in our overall inspection charge. If you also require a registration document once everything is complete, CRiS charge an additional administration fee, which you will need to pay directly to them.
